Cutting Coupons increases in popularity

With the ever-rising costs, it's no surprise that more and more people are looking for ways to conserve. One way to beat the high costs at the grocery store is by sale & coupon shopping. Some of my really old articles on Gather talk about this. I've been an "extreme" couponer for the last 3+ years. I've learned to save about 50% of my grocery budget.  In fact, I tracked my spending in July and I only spent $105.90 for groceries (including paper goods, toiletries, etc) for my family of 4!
