Trip to Germany in 1996 with Daughter # 3, who was born there.

Here are a few Pictures from 1996, when i went to Germany with my Daughter # 3. Her first Time in Germany, since we left in 1968, she was 6 mo. old then. We went to the Zugspitze, a Mountain, with my Mom and Sister-in-law. It was gorgeous there. we went up in a Gondola and ate at the Highest Beergarden in Germany.  Then we also went to Austria with my other Daughter and Son in law who live in germany.My Daughter had a ball.

We've spent a number of Christmas seasons in Germany and hadn't planned on going this year. But now you've got me feeling a bit melancholy about that decision! Looks like you had a wonderful trip...

My husband was stationed in Germany when he was in the USAF and he loved it there. I've never been, but would love to visit one day.

Beautiful, beautiful photos! I think Germany must be a marvolous place! Makes me really, really want to go over there!!!!! After I graduated from college, I travelled through the U.S.......think it's time to go overseas.....LOL!!!!!!
