The McCain supporters excitement is a biproduct of HATE and FEAR. That was clear today when McCain asked a crowd to be respectful of his opponent.
He got booed!
"If you want a fight, we will fight," McCain said. "But we will be respectful. I admire Sen. Obama and his accomplishments." When people booed, he cut them off.
"I don't mean that has to reduce your ferocity," he said. "I just mean to say you have to be respectful." More boos.
Earlier on Friday, McCain rejected the bait.
"I don't trust Obama," a woman said. "I have read about him. He's an Arab."
McCain shook his head in disagreement, and said:
"No, ma'am. He's a decent, family man, a citizen that I just happen to have disagreements with (him) on fundamental issues and that's what this campaign is all about."
Guess the response: BOOS.
McCain volunteers are working hard to organize chants of "USA, USA" and "John McCain" to give the illusion of positive energy. You know, just like when on the other side they chant "YES WE CAN" and Obama. No such thing up there really. The excitement is driven by hate. When Palin first joined the trail people really thought she was drawing the crowds. We now know that is not true. Palin was simply the vehicle to channel the hate and fear. They saw in her someone who was willing to go that route.
And she did.
The escalation began last Saturday when Palin accused Obama this week of "palling around with terrorists" because of his past, loose association with a 1960s radical. From that point on, the lynch mobs understood that McCain authorized Palin to go ahead. McCain is now backing down. At least he does not want to be involved in his rallies. Since Palin is the lamb they are willing to sacrifice, because this is clearly political suicide, it is yet to be seen if she will attempt to calm people down at her rallies.
At any rate, the crowd is hateful. If McCain continues to ask them to stop, they will stop going to his rallies and will not vote for him. They are looking for a hate leader. Not someone who will fix the economy. The economy is the least of their concerns. They no longer ask McCain about it. They are far more concerned about Obama.

These folks are afraid, frustrated and very, very angry and just may commit a violent act if McCain and Palin keep putting logs on their fires.
It's going to hate the party as a whole on down ballots. Many people who were not voting McCain but would vote for the local republicans don't want to be associated with those douche bags they show on TV.
Did you see that woman who was saying "he is an Arab"? She has many issues.
And, now we have become aware that Sarah Palin isn't really "pro life". She has made the declaration that abortion rights should be up to individual states and not regulated by the federal government. NO, it should be banned altogether - and Federal Law is the best place for such a prohibition.
Now, is John McCain going to be strong enough to outlaw abortion? Probably not. But whether he is or not, I simply don't trust him.
Who is scarier to have in office, Obama or McCain? Right now, I see McCain as being more of a risk than Obama.

All you had to do was hear her comments to already know she was a extreme right wing views. Those are the people regardless what facts you tell or show them they will believe whatever their party tells them as truth and nothing else. They are a lost cause and need to be sent out into the wider world and made to see with their own eyes only then will they really open their mind. As for McCain the fox has come back to hen house and as other have said he is to blame and well as the Rove machine he employees. Risk wise McCain has gone way up and up...as for Palin she now has ethnical problems...she a piece of work..talks about responsible government and is found of ethical violations...what else is that we don't know???

Fearful people cower behind bullying leaders. People who are unafraid stand up with their leaders and make the world a better place!
