I'm amazed but I actually saw regular unleaded gas for $2.66!
Are your prices going down too?
How low can we go?????

It's still $3.40 up here in Michigan. :( Not bad, but I'd love that price!!

Isn't it kind of sad when you think of $3.40 and even $2.66 as "low"? It is a little above 3 here in Delaware and about $2.80 or so in NJ. Hopefully it keeps on the downward path.

ELAINE A. - I don't understand why some are staying highter. I think the highest we ever got was $3.99 and that was a while ago. I just hope this trend continues.
Bob C. - I totally agree! How sad that I am happy about $2.69.
I wish we could be back to $1.00 a gallon or even .79, wouldn't that be a dream?
But it has been long enough since we've seen those prices that $2.69 is a happy thought.
I really never thought we'd be this low again and it is confusing almost that it has happened.

i'll be so happy if it drops here below $3.00. was at $3.11 today. naturally 2 days ago i paid $3.21 and thought i was lucky.

Have any of you been getting emails from Pickens about CNG? If you can get your car converted (and find a source of fuel nearby or put one in on your property), I think it runs less than $1 a gallon. (CNG - I think that's compressed natural gas)

Pumped gas today at $3.34 a gal. I am in the Southwest part of Ky. This is not low enough to suit me. When gas got to $4.00 and over a gal I was being literally choked! I drive a total of 68 miles a day to get to and from work.
