Ok so my town had its local election for our city's mayor and we had our run-off election yesterday.  The guy that I was hoping would win lost by 8 votes as mayor

So, with all of the political campaign here in our town, the nation and all ....I am stressed and having a bad day.

PLEASE.....I NEED EACH OF YOU TO GIVE ME A HAPPY THOUGHT.  I NEED A CYBER-HUG OR A HAPPY THING TO CLEAR MY MIND OF ALL OF THE NEGATIVITY IN MY LIFE RIGHT NOW.

Come to Canada!!! Do you know that we are in the midst of an election too? Just happened, they just called it, with none of the crap that the Americans are dealing with. We don't need to dominate the world's news medias with our elections.

and if you're sick of politics. my good news is that my American husband just retired, and he'll be coming to Canada soon!!!!
