In answer to some of your questions, Erica: I didn't have to pay anything to Eternal Press. They are not a self-publishing company, but an e-book publisher. I sent them a query, and they requested the full manuscript, then sent a contract. I don't have an agent. As far as payment for my writing, I earn some, but I am still a starving artist (I've recently had to get a "day job"), so please, everyone, buy a copy of my book and add to my royalties check!
