Yep! It's another Duck Tape project!
It's basically the same as the bag I demonstrated in:

but with a Halloween twist.
You'll need orange, yellow and black Duck Tape, a bag (I use the handled paper bags I get from the farmer's market but you can use a brown bag and add a handle,) scissors and a craft knife.
Refer to the previous article for details on how to prepare the bag and cover it with tape.
Cut shapes for eyes, nose, and mouth from the black tape. Add accents like nostrils, eye color, and teeth with the yellow. It's that easy!
