Scraplifting. It's a nice way of asking someone if you can copy their work. Sometimes you just use a few of their ideas, "omg i just LOVE how you did" this or that... Other times it's a complete copy right down to the buttons. It's like using a quick page that hasn't already been made for you. Here's a page I scraplifted as an example:

As you can see, aside from not using the same kit, it looks almost exactly the same. Another one I made had the same idea, but it's not so close to the exact same thing:

I really liked the simplicity of this original page but there were a few things that I liked better with my own page. Sometimes, when you're scraplifting, you only want to use one element idea. Say someone has used a lot of buttons and you really like the look. So on your page, you take that idea and add a lot of buttons. That is another way of scraplifting. It's just a source of inspiration.
