My cell phone at best often makes slightly blurry photography. In the past I have used a "water color" effect from Microsoft Photo Editor to give it a nice feel even without the detail. Lately I have been attracted to dumpr and the LOMO option, especially for outdoor pictures with lots of foliage. "Lomography deals with photoshooting using LOMO cameras. These are russian camera makes who make a color-intensive and blurry lenses." So here are a few cell phone photos I have made more interesting with the color intensive photo effect.
