This morning, on "Meet the Press", Paul Begala revealed that back in the 1980s John McCain sat on the board of the extremist "U.S. Council for World Freedom" an ultra-conservative right wing organization which was affiliated with the "World Anti-communist League" which the Anti-Defamation League said "has increasingly become a gathering place, a forum, a point of contact for extremists, racists and anti-semites"
And I think Governor Palin here is making a strategic mistake. This guilt by association path is going to be trouble ultimately for the McCain campaign. You know, you can go back, I have written a book about McCain, I had a dozen researchers go through him, I didn't even put this in the book. But John McCain sat on the board of a very right-wing organization, it was the U.S. Council for World Freedom, it was chaired by a guy named John Singlaub, who wound up involved in the Iran contra scandal. It was an ultra conservative, right-wing group. The Anti-Defamation League, in 1981 when McCain was on the board, said this about this organization. It was affiliated with the World Anti-Communist League - the parent organization - which ADL said "has increasingly become a gathering place, a forum, a point of contact for extremists, racists and anti-Semites."
Interesting. The MSM never, ever mentioned this. Somebody is doing some research.
The McCain camp has said they want "to turn the page on the economic crisis" and go back to what made the topic of early September: 'lipstick and pitbull', 'Obama is risky', 'Obama is calling me old', 'We love Hillary', 'Sarah Palin is the smartest person in the land', 'Anything but the economy'.
Next, guilt by association. Check your skeleton McCain. From Gordon Libby to Alaska Independence Party, this thing will come back to bite McCain.

I think this is not relevant. However if they are going to bring up Ayers and anybody else let this be known to Americans. People don't know this. Make sure they know and decide for themselves that since it was 20+ years ago, it's OK.
He is dangerous, silly, and is being manipulated. This is not John McCain 2000. His campaign comes out and says that they don't want to talk about the economy but want to attack Obama. Even if that is the strategy, how dumb do you have to be to say it. If that is the strategy, that says a lot about McCain.
Regarding this, if this is true, McCain is a hypocrite, which some of have realized the last month, and dumb too. You thought the DNC would not find out. Obviously they knew and were sitting on it for October. The DNC would not let Obama win if they did not have enough on McCain. They have plenty. The DNC is like a Mafia organization or worse. McCain better watch out.
Ayers, an extremist and many more. Obama is not a Muslim or an Extremist, but a man is known by the company he keeps. Obama is simply a socialist, with a hiddgen agenda for America. His denials are too little, too late, to prevent the long term associations with these extemists. And as far as Ayers, go he is responsible for financing the start of Obama's campaign, far more recent then when he was only 8. So it is relevant to the issues of extremism associations during this election. As more voters become informed they will be switching their votes to McCain/Palin.

One of the professor of constitutional law at George Washington University in Washington DC, was dismayed at the lack of back bone of congress to impeach Bush.
His opinion was that it should be done and Bush deserves it.
If we were smart and good citizen aiming at protecting this country we should be all up in arms to push them to do it.
This is a grave failure of the legislative body and their duty is to protect the country from this neocon fascist.

The facts speak for themselves in voting records, in deficits, in large government, in hiring only republicans, in firing state attorneys to hire people who support them, in stealing from the people by establishing the federal reserve, by passing a deregulation bill for their
friends and bankers to bankrupt the country, in the patriot act, habeas corpus, FISA bill and on...and on...like disregard of the Geneva convention regarding prisoners and torture.
