Brownies was the word of the day at our house. Everybody wanted to make brownies. I needed chocolate badly. Just one little word.......PMS.
So I decided to give the kids a project that would involve them sitting in a chair. Brownie making would keep them contained to a small area for a while. It started off pretty good.

I purchased two packages of brownie mix so that each one of them would have their own. Therefore, reducing any chance of temper tantrums on whose turn it was to stir the bowl, and chocolate flying through the air.

First I showed them how to put in the oil, eggs, and water and stir them up.

My son demonstrated that if you can't get the eggs to beat, just reach in with your hands and squish them around a little.

Add the packages of chocolate brownie mix and get to stirring.

Then you need to take alot of bites of that gooey raw chocolate batter. That is when it tastes the best my friends.
Now for a little side note. (Even if you accidently leave them in the oven all night...after you have turned the oven off, bathed two kids and crashed for the night.....and you forgot about your brownie cupcakes.......no need to fret!)
When I came home the next evening from work they were still moist.......and this is what we ended up with.
