First of all, I'm not a huge Adam Sandler fan. I've seen possibly 3 movies of his that I actually liked - 50 first dates, Spanglish, and Click. So I wasn't really excited to go see this movie, but my husband loves Sandler, so we went to the cheap seats ($3 a person) and saw it. To sum up the movie, it is about an Iranian counter-terrorist who decides to fake his own death to go to America to become a hairdresser. His specialty is actually having sex with all the ladies who come in to get their hair done. I didn't really understand the joke behind it, but it's hilarious to see 60 and 70 year old ladies dressed up in S&M gear.
The movie itself isn't really that bad. It has it's funny parts. One in particular, a bunch of cabbies call the "terrorist supply" hotline. It sort of lost me near the end I wasn't sure the ending really made much sense really. If you like all of Sandler's comedies - this is similar to all of them. It also hosts the usual crew (not that I can really think of any of their names at this point.)
I'd say this movie gets about a 7 out of 10 stars from me.
