OMG!!!! FIRE!!!!

                                             Cops and Fire Dept. just left........shed and studio burned to the GROUND!!! House next door was starting to burn, a window broke and their air conditioner melted, but the fire dept got here JUST in TIME!!! If anyone wants to know what happened, ask my brother, DAN!!!! DAMN IT!!!! he has no clothing, no meds, no nothing, and he isn't even remorseful...I am soooo done!!

 Ok, I am calmer now and can update. I was reading on the porch, heard the shed door slam and was going to tell brother to keep the noise down, but he was out the gate before I could say anything. I read for about 20 minutes while waiting for him to come back, smelled smoke, ran around the corner, looked in the studio, which was connected to the storage shed...and saw his BED on FIRE!! I yelled "FIRE! Get the HOSE!" and ran for the nearest water spicket with a bucket...by the time I got a bucketfull of water, the entire building was in FLAMES!!! They shot up maybe 20/26 feet into the large oak, the house next door was crackling and smoking.....Hawk heard me scream and ran out just as Dan got back. Dan was within 4 feet of the really HIGH flames and hawk had to tackle him and drag him back. When the cops got here, dan tried to get Hawk, who had very likely saved his life, arrested for assault..... Thank goodness hawk heard me yell, as his bedroom was only 10 foot from the fire... It was from a ciggarette, according to the Fire marshal, and he said it started on the bed, just as I saw...but dan keeps saying he DIDN"T do IT>>>OMG!!!! 10 cartons of cigs for him LAST month...do you guys think I should do the same this month for him???

                                  The really bad thing was that I retiled a room in the last two days and a lot of our stuff was stored out there that normally wouldn't have been....AIEEEE!!

 Including my camera, or I would post pics..... Had a couple of hundred worth of new screen for the porch too....but the main thing is that we ARE all ok..... I am pretty pissed, tho, and Dan has no clothes, nobed, Etc., and has to sleep in the computer room until I figure out what to do.... good thing there is NO SMOKING in the HOUSE!!!!!

          I thank GOD that it wasn't worse, and that we are all ok.....a crackhead was next door and wouldn't even open up for the fire dept. they saw him and tried to tell him his curtain was on fire...he hid, so they just shot the hose thru the broken window until they thought they got it out.... Oh, my...I need a nap, or a drink, or something....
