I can't believe how low gas was today!!

I was driving around doing last minute errands for my trip to STL this weekend and saw gas for $2.99!!!!
We actually broke the 3 dollar mark.
I guess I am so excited because last year I was sure we'd never ever see gas that low again.
How low is it where you live?

nu-uh!!! that is awesome! who knew we'd ever see it below $3 again?! i think ours is around $3.51 give or take . . . but the minute i see someone below $3, you can bet i'll be filling up whether i really need it or not!

Faith, are you sure that wasn't the ethanol, made from corn, for the hybrid engines? That is selling for less than $2.84 a gallon here

Must be nice. Cheapest I saw in Austell/Mableton, GA was $3.93. But all stations have gas today and I passed by 10 of them while I was out.

Wow, I also thought the days of being under 3.00 was gone forever!
But, in my local town the gas price was was 3.37! Hopefully it will go down more to your MO prices.
