I Got a Response Back From Gather About the Flagging

Their response proves that they do NOT really look at the material. I had taken the picture off 2 days ago, and since they answered today, I have to wonder what CNN would object about? A file picture that was removed or the link to their story. But CNN did not make an issue, but someone who thinks they are the gather police. Here is their response.

Your article was reported because you may be in violation of copyright law by using material from CNN without CNN's written permission.  CNN states this on their site. Gather has not been notified by CNN so we have released the article.  However, you, not Gather, is at risk of violating copy right by posting this material.

I say let CNN drop on by since there is NOTHING but a link to their article. I took the picture off within a couple of hours.

I still say they should ban flag abusers. Since the person was too stupid to see that photo was an option, but chose other trying to make it seem more sinister than it was. Idiot with no time. Or, the better word is snitch.

I did answer the responders email and I told her clearly she had not looked at the article since the only thing there was link to CNN.
