Lighthouse

    Look at the thumbnail photo for my poem.  This is for you, all my Gather friends.

 

                                                           The Oregon coast is bejewelled with lighthouses.  Some are perched nobly on a cliff, some are at the entrance to a port, some are old homes put to good use.  Wherever they are and however they are fashioned, they are a gift in foggy times.  This is to my Gather friends.  You are a gift in foggy times, a beacon in a dark night and a bright light in my life.  I bless you all.

I just found this, but it is amazing. In secret places I was told our travels would take us to Oregon. I never mentioned it to the family, and several weeks later my daughter starting talking about meeting up with us in Montana and heading to Oregon. I was stunned, but the voice came to my remembrance like a lighthouse in the fog. True story! So I will be headed there soon, and this seems like even more confirmation for me.
