Well I have just had a very terrible moment. I think my money is missing. I had put some away and when I went to get it tonite it was gone. I do not know what has happened to it. I have been noticing for awhile that when I count my money it seems off. Ten here, ten there..you know.
The amount I am missing is large, I will not disclose any more on it. I am hoping that no one in my family has taken it. Another explanation that my husband totally got angry at, he said that money & items just doesn't disappear...I said well my wedding ring did. I was hinting that it could be the ghost.
If you have read my past posts I wrote about hearing a voice (5-6 years ago) telling me I didn't this anymore and I felt my ring removed from my finger. I woke up and looked at my hand and my ring was gone. We have searched all over for that ring, this is not the only missing item to go missing for no reason.
Well getting back to tonite's drama, after I said well my wedding ring just disappeared I was putting a bunch of special quarters into another container and I look down and there is the ring. There is no way the ring ever could have gotten into where it was.
Now did I spend the money and forget about it- possible. But something seems off. Slowly I have noticed other money missing???I am hoping that I just forgot I used it, but it was a large amount that I had been saving...I should remember using it. I asked St Anthony to help me in this matter. Strange that when I talked about the ring...it just was sitting there.
If it is the ghost, can he please put my money back. You had your fun. (unfortunately I am thinking it is not the ghost)

Turned out my sister had been stealing from me for quite a while and kept denying it.
I dont' know what to think at this point I have looked in all the usual spots and it is not there. I think my husband would have said he took it. My 15 year old, she doesn't go anywhere without us and has everything she needs, all the other girls are out of the house. There has been no signs of any forced entry into my house , etc.
I am hoping that I hid it from myself, but I searched all the spots. Teaches me to save up money...I am spending every penny from now on. I am really hoping that I just spent it and forgot that I did. But as nutty as it sounds...it could be the ghost
Angela, that thought has been floating in my head also
The ring part is strange, but then again ...this house is strange
Amanda, I do have that sick feeling. I will ask nicely for the money back...hey it can't hurt.
Years ago, when I was a teen - money would go missing from me all the time ,but at that time I wrote down what I had...my siblings went as far as to rip off the amounts I had written on the papers
You might also try just saying, "Please don't hide valuable things like money or rings. If you want to hide things from me, please hide things of little importance. I would really appreciate it." and thank them for returning the ring.
I don't know if it's a poltergeist or a mischevious spirit (like a child or something) or just cosmic rays (ha ha ha) but it does happen to me. There are people who believe that those who have passed on can interact with the physical world, and perhaps someone is trying to get your attention. They're also supposed to contact us through dreams a lot, too.
Praying certainly can't hurt. :)
I'd also stop hiding money around the house. It's just too easily misplaced, stolen, etc. How do you know someone who visited you didn't take it? My kid's friends have been caught in my bedroom, where they had no business being. I've had things stolen from me, and it's very frustrating. :(
As for things mysteriously disappearing and re-appearing, my best story is the time I lost my hairbrush. I used it every single day and put it in the same place. One day it wasn't there. I asked everyone in the house and they denied taking it, and truthfully, none of them would have wanted it (my hair was very long and it was for long hair -- people with short hair would have had no use for it). Finally, I just gave up and bought another brush. About three months later, I walked into the house from a shopping trip and found my old brush sitting in the middle of the dining room table. It was NOT there when I left the house, no one else was home, the house was locked ... there is no possible way that brush could have ended up where it did. Yet there it was. I just picked it up and said "thanks" to the air. Over the years, small things like that have disappeared and re-appeared regularly. I did lose something I really needed once and before I went to bed asked if I could please have it back as I needed it in the morning. Next morning, there it was on my dresser. Spooky but true!! :)
Good luck with this and I'd really like to know if it turns up for you.
