What did you think of the season opener?  I sure missed seeing a lot of Wilson.  Do you like the new staff or prefer the original staff like me?  The ratings were terrible for the second episode and sure hope this isn't a sign of how the season is going to be now.

I understand change always happens on a show, but think the staff change was a bad one.  It might be because of Hugh Laurie's huge raise.  He wanted off the show, as his family doesn't live in this country.  Flying is quite costly, so the only way to keep him was more money.  The show couldn't continue without him.

House airs new episodes at 8:00pm on Tuesday FOX Network.
Reruns air on USA Network check local listings for time.

There would be no show with out him. I think the dynamics of the characters in the original episodes worked really well. The new characters are OK, but I liked it better in the begining as well. I am wondering if they are phasing the Wilson character out, or are going to carry on the hurt used Wilson story.

I love that the new team is working so well. It is good to have fresh faces; plus, people really do come and go in real life.

We are two episodes into the new season, and the season looks like it is going to be a good one. I'm not certain where the storyline with Wilson will end up, but it should be interesting.

The season premiere was primarily focused on House's obsession with keeping Wilson from resigning. The second episode showed that there is still a very long way to go before there is any chance that the two will be on decent terms again.

I love the show, but usually watch it in repeats on cable and not the new seasons because I always forget when it's on! :)

Its a bad time for me also, so am taping it. I think the show needs Wilson and if the ratings keep dropping we could see the show move to a different time slot. I'm wondering how much of a slide are they going to ignore........................

Thanks everyone for posting. I had an error in my post as it was the second episode that was low rated, as the first had nothing new at the same time. I ignore that kind of ratings, as any show can win the time spot when its the only new thing to watch.

I don't watch it very often.
I love watching House. I wonder if ratings are down because past episodes being played on USA alot now. I will miss seeing Wilson. I do hope House and Wilson can come to terms. I think it would be great to if House gets help for his addiction and Wilson was behind it. Knowing he had to be mean and push House out of life to help him get better. That would be a great twist for the hsow don't you think?

I think it would be awesome if Cuddahy were to get drunk with House and end up pregnant and then they could fight about the outcome of that. Then Wilson could come back and try to convince House that he needs to be a part of the child's life.
House can never get over his addiction or be a nice person for very long because that is a major plot of the show. No confict and it would be boring like every other awful show on TV.

I would like to see Cuddy and House together for an evening. We all know babies can happen in one evening. I agree Sandra a well House and the show is over. Its like Monk another show where the main character has major problems and if either get well people will turn off their televisions fast.

I don't think USA is the problem its the 8:00pm time slot. The show did great at 9:00pm Tuesday Night and the network is making a mistake imo. I know they are trying to help Fringe and its being helped at what could be a big cost.
