Quaker parrots

We have a group of loose quaker parrots in Queens,

I love looking at them

but I am glad none live by me as they are LOUD

I dont know how they survivie the winters

My neighbors had a quaker parrot and she was very cute. She wasn't too loud. My daughter is thinking about getting one.
