Do you take the time to click on the sponsors web sites here on Gather and other sites you might be on that are similiar to this one?

I do, because without those sponsors all of this goes away, so we have to do our part to help these sites that help us earn money and pay some attention to the advertisements.  It only takes a moment to click on the ads, and check out their sites. 

In other words help Gather (and other earning sites) help us.

Yes I do click on the ads. I had asked this question in the past. But when we had ads for 'Poise'. I got alot of funny responses.

If it is something of interest, yes. If I am looking for something in particular, or a site I know is advertised on a site like gather that I use, I will sometimes wait until I login and click on that site from the ad to give credit.

Great question. No, I don't, and I am honestly answering. I have AdBlock on with Firefox and it blocks all my ads. I guess I should click on some of the ads. One day I was one here without AdBlock on and it looked totally different. I thought I was on a completely different site!

Norvona: A lot of advertisers pay sites per click or view of their site. If they don't pay like that having clicks going to their web site from this one shows that people from this site are viewing their ads, and they are more likely to continue sponsoring the site.

Can't say I ever have. I have no money so can't buy anything. But looking at it from the point of them sponsoring this site and giving us the opportunity of getting gift cards, I guess I should at least look at ones that interest me.
I didn't realize about the clicks.
Maybe that's why Boomertowne went under - we were all going for the points, but not supporting the advertising... something to think about anyway.
