what did you eat for breakfast ?

as for me I am getting ready to go downstairs and make some toast and scrambled eggs and have a glass of OJ maybe put a few slices of bacon in the microwave. Yea I came here before breakfast......lol

I had a bowl of cereal and some orange juice
I took a sleeping pill last night so I could get to sleep early. This morning, I was too tired to be interested in walking the kids to school. Instead, I drove them and dropped them off, then went to McDonald's for a sausage McMuffin with cheese, a hash brown, and orange juice. :)

I had a sandwich: 2 slices wheat bread, turkey pastrami and 2% cheese with spicy mustard. I ate 1/2 of it before I did Jillian Michael's 30 day Shred workout and the other half after.

I wasn't up early enough for breakfast today. We generally start with lunch at our house, since none of us are really big on breakfast foods, and we sleep until 10 or later most days.

For lunch we had sloppy joes.
