We have such pretty dunes here in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. Monday I noticed that the Beach Morning Glory on the dunes were in bloom and the little butterflies were everywhere. There were also orange butterflies on the blanket flowers but I couldn't get a photo of them. The few I did get really didn't show the butterfly well enough since they blend right in with the flowers. I did get a few of these white butterflies on the beach morning glory flowers.
I found it interesting that the yellowish white butterflies stayed around the morning glories and the orange butterflies stayed with the blanket flowers. The dunes were really pretty with the yucca, blanket flowers and morning glories being visited by the butterflies.

The butterfly blends right into the flower.

From this angle you can barely see it.

I zoomed in a bit.

I snapped this one a second too late. The butterfly flew off.

It took a few tries to get the butterfly alone. See it on the left?
I never knew until Monday that this dune cover bloomed. Imagine my surprise.

That butterfly is a lovely color of green. It would have been great for the lime green challenge we had not too long ago.
I also want to thank you for posting to Goldfish Post All.
Marian, I was thinking the same thing since the orange ones only landed on the blanket flowers and these only landed on the morning glories.
