The modus operandi of Thomas Muthee is to enter a town where he wants to gain political control. He picks out a woman who has some power, and then accuses her of being a witch. Then, he whips up the local population into an outrage against that woman until, under the threat of stoning to death, the woman has to flee for her life.
How can we seriously consider placing someone who is mentored by the like of Muthee in the position of becoming President of the United States?
That's a question that's being asked by newspapers around the world. First, the story about Muthee and Palin was written about by journalists in Switzerland. Today, the Times of London and the Daily Mail have picked up the story. Thomas Muthee is visiting the Sarah Palin's Assembly of God church in Wasilla again this weekend.
It's exasperating, I know, to see Sarah Palin making Americans look like ignorant, superstitious fools. The best thing we can do about this problem is to make sure that Palin never gets the chance to ascend to the Presidency behind an ailing, elderly John McCain.
We also can try to stand back, recognize the humor in this absurd situation, and have a bit of a laugh. That's why we've started a <A href="http://irregulartimes.com/index.php/archives/2008/09/17/get-witchy-with-a-palin-muthee-limerick/">limerick contest over at Irregular Times</a>, focusing on the growing Palin-Muthee scandal.

How about the book banning list we saw in another post today? All a big rumor but people still spread the word.
I read a story that Sarah Palin is an Alien Ambassador sent here to get elected VP then President. She will then hypnotize the people of American. After that she'll call down her Alien allies to inhabit and take over America. From there the rest of the world will be a push over.
You'd only be a liar if you were making this up. If you are only passing along information you aren't a liar just irresponsible.
Kathy, the LIST of books was a fraud. The actual story that Sarah Palin tried to fire the Wasilla librarian because the librarian refused to ban books is true. Did you know that?
The troopergate investigation is being destroyed - but because of Republican Party interference. Associated Press says, "most key witnesses refusing to testify, new legal maneuvering and heightened Republican pressure to delay the probe until after Election Day. Palin initially welcomed the investigation, saying "hold me accountable," but she has increasingly opposed it since Republican presidential candidate John McCain tapped her as his vice presidential running mate."
Now, I've looked at the accounts from Muthee's own supporters. I've looked at the Transformations video in which Thomas Muthee talks about driving witchcraft out of Kiambu.
There are multiple sources, independent sources, on this story, Kathy.
Do you have any proof that the story is wrong, Kathy? No. You just don't want to believe it.
How about this statement from Muthee - I heard it with my own ears, and it's a recorded audio at Kingsgate Community Church:
" The violent take it by force. People that have spiritual backbones are the ones that are going to advance. They are the ones that will move forward.
I thank God for what I see happening in this place. I thank God for the vision, the passion that I can see here. And my word is this: the more violent you become, the more committed you become, the quicker you will see things happen in this region."
Is this the kind of vision you want in the spiritual mentor of the Vice President of the USA - and possibly the President?
-that is ridiculous, I personally know Bishop Muthee, he's been to my church, I've heard him speak, I've heard first hand his story. You don't have the facts. It seems to me that you heard some news report on the subject and believed it all. It's not smart to believe the media, you know they only give you one side and usually that one side never heard the whole truth.

I know the truth about the "witch hunt" Maybe you should look up the history in Africa and the spiritual warfare they face daily. There are women there who are "witch dr.s" Bishop never threatened to stone her to death. Your second paragraph is completely untrue. You make it sould like he picks some random woman and falsly accuses her of being a witch. Mama Jane was well know in the community as a witch Dr. He prayed she would get saved or leave town, never did Bishop Muthee threaten her.
Get your facts straight, educate yourself before you go spreading gossip.
