*Gag!* What 80's band or artist was the worst?

Everyone always asks who your favorite band was in the 80s. I want to know who the band or artist was that "gagged you with a spoon" was "Groady to the Max" or in your opinion was just "major league Bogus".

 For me...my hatred was and still is:

 New kids on the Block.

Hated em with a passion!!

lol, My daughter loved the New Kids On the Block. I heard their music so much that a few of their songs actually grew on me. Usually the ones that was NOT released though. The joys of having a young daughter during the 80's.

I enjoy music, so I really do not know of any group that I can't stand at least one song they have done.

There are too many to list, but growing up with a little sister when "Hangin' Tough" came out, I can't tell you how many times I wanted to take a hammer to her New Kids on the Block cassette tape. After that it was Stryper.

yep, new kids wins for most annoying!! i can't believe they just put out another album! just to re-annoy us as adults...THEN when we're all in our 70's they'll release a "remember when" album!!!!! LOL

I was in kindergarten when New Kids were popular. I had this little pink belt with their picture on the buckle. I remember I could never get it fastened but my mom couldn't find pants small enough, so had to wear the belt and have the teacher help me with it.

I have to say I liked Adam Ant or at least a few of his songs. I was a "metal head" in the 80s, still am when it comes to 80s music, But over the years I developed a like for bands like Dead or Alive, Culture Club, and Depeche Mode. Funny how you like things more when the music (of the 90s) stinks.
