What do I think? I think that we should all vote for Obama and send her packing off to to Alaska where she can hunt moose, screw the populace, and maybe, just maybe, pay some attention to her pregnant daughter and disabled baby who need her very, very much. I think she's an insult as a candidate, but as a mother? Her children should be taken from her by Youth Services and put into a home where they will be cared for and loved. She's a disgrace.

Ms. Palin is a liar to the max if you ask me and this is only the beginning of what we are going to find out about her. I wonder if those same Neo-Cons who tore Hilary up saying she was under fire in Bosnia will give Sarah the same treatment? Somehow I think not!!! Or those that tore Obama up for the Concentration Camp slip, I wonder if they will feel the same here about Sarah? Somehow again I think not!!!

She is pretty misleading if you ask me. Sarah was not really vetted well by the McCain now she will be vetted by the media. In a way the McCain team did her a disservice by not vetting her in private. The public will know ALL about Sarah Palin by November.

I think she is a predator on the American people so we should set her free in the wilderness and shot at her from an airplane with a high powered rifle. Or just send her quail hunting with the current VP. That will probably work out the same. Thn according to "Lera think" on another post we should go to the "cave" of her children and kill them also. Becauses that is the humane thing to do as there is no way they will survive without their mother.

Funny thing is Wilma, is they stick to the lies that are in the commercials even after they have been proven a lies. Do they really think the American public is that stupid or ignorant? Scary part of that is there just may be a certain amount of people who will ignore the fact that they are all lies because even their faked ignorance looks better than the under lying hatred that is really not letting them admit the truth.

Brian T. I believe you are correct the public will know ALL (or at least way too much) about her in November, but it still scares me. They knew all about W in 2004 and still reelected him because the Rove machine convinced enough people that our country and personal relationships would fall apart and be set aflame because an intelligent competenet and fair person in the White House would mean that same sex marriages be allowed (which is not a national but a state level issue) and it worked. It got out a huge vote from the far right, Far right evangelicals who normally don't vote. So I am still scared that will happen again. If not the machine tampering will certainly take it's toll and ruin this country.

John McCain believes that women will come flocking to this person who hates her own gender. He should be denied the vote solely on the basis for thinking that women are stupid.

These are not headlines, why trump them up?

These are just the latest in a series of issues/problems with the GOP VP candidate.

I think they did vet her in their own little minds. I think they saw her as strongly appealling to the evangelical far right group, making him look more moderate somehow, and instead of concentrating on the undecided voters who want to vote, plan to vote, but are still waiting to see who they will vote for, they are trying to attract that same group of voters bush did in 04. Those that are brought in from Sister of Redneck Mental hospital.

But it doesn't change his voting record. It doesn't really change who he is at all. He is the only one who seems to keep doing that.

I'm with Brian all the way on this one!

Together they may be the two saddest candidates for President there have ever been. If you look at history that includes Nixon/Agne, Bush/Qualye, Bush/Cheney, etc.. that is really saying an awful lot. Should they win I think I will lose the little faith in our electoral system that I have left as it is.

This woman scares the hell out of me and MUST NOT be VP!

A few more things:
-- Installed a tanning bed in the governor's mansion.
-- Hired several high school buddies to state jobs paying upwards of $75,000, often without qualification.
-- Fired a librarian who stood in the way of censorship and had to rehire her when the town stood up for the woman's job.
-- Got more earmarks per capita for her state than any other governor in the country.

Cyber, is Palin a person well qualified to be President of the U.S.? Do you think McCain believes her to be the most highly qualified of the Republicans to follow him as President?

Cyber, hasn't the current Republican Adminstration and the Republican Congress and Presidents for the last 27 years been redistributing wealth? According to the statistics I have seen the rich have gained substantially and the poor and middle class have lost substantially during that time. Hasn't the law and the enforcement of the law favored the rich and powerful during that time? Isn't it much harder for an ordinary person to declare bankruptcy?

Cyber, are gun ownership and abortion law the most important issues to you in Presidential elections? What about the economy and war and social security and public health and our freedoms?

You see, Cyber, these are the things I don't understand about those who support McCain and oppose Obama. They seem to ignore so much and fear such minor matters. It seems quite irrational.

3% vs 20% is a significant discrepancy. We do not need someone who is that far off in the current economic situation.

In 2005, Alaska produced 18% of US oil production. That's a fact. So she rounded off... what politician would say 18%? 20% is close enough. Last year it was 14%. Who cares? It's a hell of a lot of oil and there is plenty more to get if the moonbat dems would let us drill.

All I care about is which candidate will best protect this country in case of war and who would provide a better environment for business to succeed? McCain wins hands down.

I agree with you, Cyber. In the end McCain and Palin goes against everything I believe in with their philosophy and lack of principles and integrity. And we agree again that Bush didn't cause this laest economic downturn ......he facilitated it with his lackluster agency oversight just the way the conservatives prefer it. Keep government out of our business until we get in trouble financially then bring on the public's money to bail us out. Do you see anything through my eyes about integrity or prinicples? What I have grown so very tired of is the constant pounding, badgering, making mockery of my views, snide and sarcatic remarks by those who profess to be conservative yet stand firm with and beside so call leaders who I feel are from the bottom of the barrel in how they treat the public. When one cannot get a word in to express their view without being downtrodden by narrow thinking people it has gone too far. You have your reasons just like I have mine in supporting who we prefer. I am sure you cannot grasp how I can support Obama the same way I can't possibly see inside you enough to grasp how you could possibly support Mc Cain. As long as we can express ourselves as adults I can deal with that but I abhore being called all sorts of names because I don't think like some others. I look at most things from a simple perspective and if it doesn't register then I investigate deeper. All my investigations have shown me McCain is not fit to lead this country nor could I see myself referring him as a leader.

Gun Control - It is SCARY that liberals want to REGULATE better gun control ?

Supreme Court Justices - but only put judges that RESTRICT your rights to CHOICE?

Wow..............so much controversy, nastiness, and almost hatefulness! I am so glad I do NOT watch politics anymore.......It has gotten so mean spirited and hateful, attacking people ALL the time.........I've pulled the plugs on t.v. sets in our house..........we, instead, read good "intellectual" books, play the brand new Wii game system that I've waited for, forever, with all the many, many games, or exercise on the Wii fit........much better for the mind and body than soooo much bickering. I don't need the stress. I don't even answer the telephone untill the middle of November........I'm sick of it all.
