An area in my life that I have struggled with since I was in my early twenties is my weight. I have an issue with emotional eating. When things get tough I eat, when I'm happy I eat.....you get the idea. The key to this is to recognize the pattern and try to stop it.
Three weeks ago I joined SparkPeople.com. This is a FREE website that asks you your goals, recommends an eating plan based on your likes, tracks what you eat, your exercise and your weight. In three weeks I have lost 14 pounds. I have a bit more to go but it is a great tool to help in my battle.
