September Challenge...Photo Fun Variations on a Theme Group

The group is waking up after a long summer hiatus of fun, sun, and vacations to far away places!  The weather is cooling down, the kiddies are in school and we're starting to dust of the old faithful pc's that have kept us entertained on the rare occasions we could break away for a spell.

It's time for a September Photo Challenge!  (Feel free to cheer, clap, whistle, hoot, holler, whoop it up, and otherwise make merry).

Here's the mission - Revitalize this Amsterdam street scene shown below; build it up, tear it down; go condo, or just go wild and lets see what or who you find lurking behind the dark brooding windows of this channel side neighborhood. (Hint:  Halloween is just around the corner, too)! 

With your entry, tell us what graphic program you used to create it.  If you tweak it with special effects; we'd like to hear about that, too!
