Yes, you heard it right. Voat or Photo Fun - Variations on a theme is finally returning after a summer hiatis. So dust off that Photoshop , gather your tubes and let's have some photo fun.
Our Voat Master will be Roger (rpf). He has found a photo for us to use that will be reveled this weekend.
Voat is a group that posts photos for members to copy to their own computers and change it up anyway they like and then re-post it to the group. We are not a challenge group. We just have fun seeing what we and our friends can do with the same photo. There is no official due date. We are pretty laid back and are just here for the fun and to challenge ouselves.
Remember - Give credit to the original artist when posting the photo back and you can not put your copyright on a VOAT photo since it is a derivative of someone else's work.. Also, any info you can share with the rest of us on your variation would be much appreciated.
So get ready to have some fun!

We are encouraging even those who have never really used a photo imaging program to just have some fun. We NEVER make disparaging remarks about anything posted (unless it was inappropriate).

Maybe you could help with picking the next photo. That's always the hard part.
Buzzy/Bobbi - anything is possible. If we could promote additional group involvement, then more frequent contests wouldn't be difficult to arrange. I'm under the impression that they run longer to make sure everyone gets time to work on something.
