I get to see Miss Alex this weekend!

This morning I'm driving to meet my mom and sister, so I can take my niece, Alexandria, for the weekend. She's 17 months old right now, so I expect I'll be tired come Sunday when I take her back to meet my sister.










The last time I was able to take her for a few days was last November. I bought her a cute dress that time and took some pictures of her. Yesterday I found an adorable dress at Goodwill that I picked up- and oddly enough, I am almost certain we used to have the exact same dress for Gillian when she was a baby, and had her pictures taken in it!


I have to dig through my old pictures and see if it is. Either way, I hope to get lots of pictures of Alex this weekend, and to have fun with my niece!

that is nice that you take her for the weekend occasionally. i'm sure your sister appreciates the time to herself and the fact that you want to spend time with your neice!

We live over an hour away from one another, so it's nice to get to see my family once in a while. I'm hoping Alex does all right this weekend, because while she knows me, she doesn't see me real often.
