What's for lunch today?

     Today for lunch I am having fish and potatoes for lunch. There is a local place here that does fish and chips and it is absolutely delicious! So I am having one piece of fish and a few chips along with some peach juice!

I love fish especially haddock or cod . I rarely cook it at home though! What is everyone else having today for lunch?

I was going to make a sandwich with tuna, roasted red pepper, homemade pesto, Mozz cheese and cuke. Then I realized I don't have any cuke.

that sounds yummy.. i had my usual.. yogurt, fruit, jello and granola! last meal til after my procedure tomorrow!

I didn't eat breakfast today, and since I have a cold, I figured I needed something spicy. So I am eating an Indian vegetarian meal from Amy's kitchen.

I shredded leftover chicken, used cream of chicken, rice and broccoli to make a casserole type dish for dinner last night...and had that for lunch today too
