Here is a quick and easy meal, for those days you really don't have time to spend all night in the kitchen.
Difficulty: Moderately Easy
Things You’ll Need:
* 2 medium zucchini or summer squash
* 1 large tomato
* 1/2 medium onions
* 1/2 cup of grated cheese
* Salt and pepper
* 1 pound of ground beef
Step1: Brown ground beef in skillet. Drain excess grease.
Step2: Dice zucchini/squash, tomato and onion; add to hamburger. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Step3: Simmer until vegetables are tender. Sprinkle with cheese and serve.
