I recently decided to devote more time to my business and work. In the short time since then, I have become a little more irritable and less fun to be around. The time I spend on writing and creating my art work, is becoming less and less and I am becoming less and less happy. I know in my heart that writing is my true vocation, but we all need money and there are many people depending on me. So this brings me to my question: "Is making money worth loosing your dreams and self?"

If you don't have anybody dependant on you then you can do what you want.
For me, my happiness, or really my sanity, is a lot more important than anything else.
No, I don't believe that it is.
However, there are times when you have to put your dreams and self on hold until the right time.
When I was a single mother, I had to work a job for the money to support my daughter and myself.
I am very blessed to be able to do what I love now! It took a long time, but I eventually got there! Great question John!
