July 4, 2006 trip to the TN Aquarium (photos)

I figured out why it was taking me so darn long to post essays...duh...

These are from our family trip to the Tennessee Aquarium. I'm not going to post all of them...just a few.

The TN Aquarium is housed in 2 separate buildings.

 

 

 

 

 

This is one of the touch ponds. I think this is the one where you can touch rays and sharks.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Yes I would guess Pher would feed Angela to a shark...lol

 

 

 

 

I love the butterfly area.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

To too painful, was it? If you ever have a chance to go to Chatanooga, this aquarium is a must see.

We went to Chattanooga and almost made it to the Aquarium in time. Your photo essay is excellent and the kids look great. I especially liked the photo of Angela with the butterfly on her finger. Did you get to ride the Duck? I wanted to do that too. We ran out of time and had to leave, and I've always wanted to go back.

Nope, I've never ridden the duck. The kids and Mike got to in Branson...but I didn't.

It looks like such a wonderful time. There is a great aquarium in Monterrey California. It is one of my most favorite places to go. Great photos!

I recognize that place lol Their is a big difference in just 2 years and how your children looks now. They grow up so fast. The old saying is true. Yes, that photo was outside the Creative Discover Museum.

Jax, let's make a pact to ride the Duck before 5 years passes. Surely we could both hold to that bargain. Glad the kids and Mike were able to though. When you were in Chattanooga did you ever stay at the Holiday Inn that had the trains? We had so much fun there. I'll never forget that trip. And we rode the electric bus. Toured downtown Nashville. As busy as it was, it was a very good way to do that. We should do that. I think you are closer to Chattanooga than we are. My problem is I can't handle driving through mountains, so am limited.

And, you do an excellant job on your photo essays. After this summer pics promo is over, I'm going to spend some time with the essays, so mine can look all pretty too.

We wanted to stay in the trains, but it was way too expensive for us. We only live 1 1/2 hrs from Chatanooga.

Nice photos. I've cached around this place but don't think this is the one I went to in Tenessee. It was 1998 and I just can't remember.

great photos I for one wouldm't mind seeing MORE of your trip - It';s not like I'll ever get there - so looking at YOUR photos is probably the best I'll ever do :)
