Nice selection of captures. Depot architecture is so grand.
I've ridden a train once. I looked up current fairs and its actually more economical to fly. Which is too bad, because taking a nice long trip this way is very enjoyable.

I live here and I still haven't taken my kids to see the Choo Choo. I went once by myself to take a few outside shots. We moved here to Chattanooga in 2004. Great photos!

Harrel, it was a warm day...... I think most were in airconditioned building....but you are right..we pretty much had the run of the place....

Gayle, I was beside myself when this gentleman walked up in his peach Sunday suit....
I was already taking shots while waiting for my family to come out of the ice cream shoppe....so I just kept on clicking, .............he was perfect for my photo...

Chattanooga is such a great, historical venue. I visited the Choo-Choo years 20+ years ago, and it didn't look like this. They have done a great job with it.

Wonderful.

One of my DH's favorite things to do is to visit the guy with the model train exhibit. That and the Diorama of the battle. I think we have to do that every time we go to Chattanooga. lol
