After a segment with NBC's Chuck Todd ended today, Republican consultant Mike Murphy and Wall Street Journal columnist Peggy Noonan were caught on a live mic ridiculing the choice of Sarah Palin.
| Â |
"It's over," said Noonan, and then responded to a question of whether Palin is the most qualified Republican woman McCain could have chosen.
"The most qualified? No. I think they went for this - excuse me - political bullsh** about narratives," she said. "Every time Republicans do that ... because that's not where they live and it's not what they're good at and they blow it."
Murphy chimed in:
"The greatness of McCain is no cynicism, and this is cynical."
Me:
Isn't it funny that it was yet another woman with an ax to grind. Let's see, she holds nothing but honorary doctorates from Adelphi University, St. John Fisher College, Miami University, and her alma mater, Fairleigh Dickinson University.
No husband, no kids, and apparently no life, but dissing a woman who is doing the best she can, and doing it better than most.

Do your homework. Peggy Noonan is a conservative columnist.
The really humorous part of my hearing that was that I had just finished watching the YouTube video where it looks like McCain is looking at her butt and twisting his wedding ring, set to the tune of "Getting to Know You", with Cindy McCain standing in the background looking on. Sometimes life just presents these priceless moments for laughter.....
LOL. Peggy Noonan is a conservative. She is no JOURNALIST. She writes OP-ED. Know the difference? I guess not.
The author is a (former) Clinton supporter. Has no idea who is republican. Peggy Noonan, LOL. Now this is no Liberal Bias.
The other guy doing the trash talking was Mike Murphy. Former McCain advisor. McCain calls him to date to talk strategy according to both of them.
Call this CONSERVATIVE MEDIA BIAS.
This is great. This is between REAL republicans. Stay out of it. You don't belong.
You mean her True Biased Feeling? Because Mike Murphy does not work for WSJ. What biased?
Bias is a tendency or preference towards a particular ideology, perspective. Being a conservative columnist, what is that preference, that bias? She prefers Liberals?
Does not make sense. Explain. These are two republicans talking.
If I were a conservative, I would take this as a sign that the Titanic is taking on water.
And I don't mean to be unkind, but I hope no one is trying to tell you that Sarah's honorary degrees are to be construed as anything more than a thank-you for giving a speech. Except under unique circumstances, they are not substantive degrees.
The most powerful person in media is Rupert Murdoch, he is a republican and owner of FOX. And yes, he is biased against women. Pointing fingers to blame the "liberals" for the any of the media against women is biting the hand that feeds you.
I'm tired of the bullsh*t media excuse.
