The McCain camp has engaged in a massive Palin Records Sponging nation wide. Pretty simple how it works. You call the owner of the site and ask, beg for their cooperation and say "your cooperation will not be forgotten once we take over the White House."
Ben Smith from Politco notes:
The clearest evidence of Sarah Palin's views on abortion, gay marriage and sex education policy came from her answers to a July 2006 questionnaire issued by the Eagle Forum of Alaska, a social conservative organization, posted on their blog.
Ben linked to her responses on Monday, but the questionnaire has been removed from the group's website.
The post still lives on in Google's archives.
Thank God for Google archives.
Had they done a vetting, it would have been gone long time ago.
Thank God for not vetting! What a bunch of amateurs. McCain is incompetent. Look not further. They are scrambling now, to clean up the VP. What they announced on Friday could not be further from the truth.
Another one (From ABC News):
Officials of Gov. Sarah Palin's former church, Wasilla Assembly of God, in Alaska, shut down part of their website Wednesday, stating that their server could not handle the higher-than-normal traffic.
The part of the website no longer functioning appears to be the section where the sermons of senior Pastor Ed Kalnins were available, including one from 2004 -- after Palin left the church -- where he suggested heaven wasn't necessarily in the cards for anyone who voted for Sen. John Kerry, D-Mass.
Also no longer available is the video of a speech Palin delivered in June at the graduation service for the church's School of Ministry.
Some of the video of Palin speaking at the Wasilla Assembly of God commencement address was recently posted at the liberal Huffington Post.
On that video, Palin says that God is the one who is sending the troops to Iraq.
The war in Iraq, is God's work she says. Not Bush's war. God's. Folks, these are her words. Go look for the context.

I cut and pasted that questionaire from Eagle Forum here obviously before they shut that site down so we at least have one archive -- unless of course, Gather cooperates, too.
Good night and good luck.
1984, anyone???
Let me know when youn find Palin's connections to Domestic Terrorists. I'm sure your God want's you to expose the truth. hehehe.
Has anyone ever played the game 'Telephone'?
Personally it is repugnant to me to think that the repuglicans think that anyone with a vagina is an interchangeable candidate. Palin has little management experience other than being pregnant 5 times, and yet the repugs think they can win Hilary voters over to vote for Palin. So insulting!
excuse me while I go barf...
OBAMA DOES NOT WANT TO LEGISLATE RELIGION
NOR IS HE GOING TO BOMB IRAN CAUSE THEY'RE MUSLIMS
NOR IS HE GOING TO USE WEDGE ISSUES AGAINST AMERICANS WHILE HE HAS HIS AMERICAN HAT ON..........BECAUSE THERE IS NO SUCH A THING AS A 'DEMOCRATIC HAT' LIKE THERE IS A 'REPUBLICAN' ONE THAT STOPS YOU PEOPLE FROM PUTTING COUNTRY FIRST!
Are you not Americans first?
The cleaning crew is here. They are scrambling left and right to clean up the Palins. From Todd to the kids. That's why there is a thorough vetting process before. Find answers, and clean up if you have to. The media had 72 precious hours and they used it wisely. Now we need answers.
And 2000, and 2004.
(regarding her surprise over the pastor's advocacy for her candidacy for Governor) "He was praying over me," she said in June. "He's praying, 'Lord make a way, Lord make a way...' And I'm thinking, this guy's really bold, he doesn't even know what I'm gonna do, he doesn't know what my plans are, and he's praying not, 'Oh Lord, if it be your will may she become governor,' or whatever. No, he just prayed for it. He said, 'Lord, make a way, and let her do this next step.' And that's exactly what happened. So, again, very very powerful coming from this church."
And this from the preacher:
He preaches repeatedly about the "end times" or "last days," an apocalyptic prophesy held by a small but vocal group of Christian leaders. During his appearance with Palin in June, he declared, "I believe Alaska is one of the refuge states in the last days, and hundreds of thousands of people are going to come to the state to seek refuge and the church has to be ready to minister to them."
Months after hinting at possible damnation for Kerry supporters, Kalnins bristled at the treatment President Bush was receiving over the federal government's handling of Hurricane Katrina. "I hate criticisms towards the President," he said, "because it's like criticisms towards the pastor -- it's almost like, it's not going to get you anywhere, you know, except for hell. That's what it'll get you."
Much of his support for the current administration has come in the realm of foreign affairs. Kalnins has preached that the 9/11 attacks and the invasion of Iraq were part of a "world war" over the Christian faith, one in which Jesus Christ had called upon believers to be willing to sacrifice their lives.
What you see in a terrorist -- that's called the invisible enemy. There has always been an invisible enemy. What you see in Iraq, basically, is a manifestation of what's going on in this unseen world called the spirit world. ... We need to think like Jesus thinks. We are in a time and a season of war, and we need to think like that. We need to develop that instinct. We need to develop as believers the instinct that we are at war, and that war is contending for your faith. ... Jesus called us to die. You're worried about getting hurt? He's called us to die. Listen, you know we can't even follow him unless you are willing to give up your life. ... I believe that Jesus himself operated from that position of war mode. Everyone say "war mode." Now you say, wait a minute Ed, he's like the good shepherd, he's loving all the time and he's kind all the time. Oh yes he is -- but I also believe that he had a part of his thoughts that knew that he was in a war.
Until/unless you can back these paper-thin claims, it's worth nothing.
Stating a fact is not slander, ignoring facts in favor of political spin is stupidity.
Tazered a 10 year old, and there is controversy about firing him. yet at both conventions, the Brutal Police shouldent even touch the cowards who are hiding their faces and enfdangering the public.
If Obama's Theology were Marxist, wouldn't he be telling people to go on strike for what they want, rather than work for it?
Obama's Theology seems clearly based on a "steward" mentality (brother's keeper and helper) rather than a theology defined or constrained by social situations, dynamics and strata. Obama's theology seems much more Christ than Karl.
Are you offended by the phrase “Under God” in the Pledge of Allegiance? Why or why not?
JB: No.
SP: Not on your life. If it was good enough for the founding fathers, its good enough for me and I’ll fight in defense of our Pledge of Allegiance.
She is so uneducated that she doesn't even realize that the Pledge wasn't written by the Founding Fathers, it was written in 1892! And the original Pledge did not include the words "Under God." They were added in the 1950's!
