This blogger certainly makes your point crystal clear:
I live in Alaska - 35 yrs here. I like Sarah Palin. I like a lot of people. I don't think want any of them to be US president. I've talked to Sarah Palin. There's no way she is discerning enuf to understand who is talking to her and/or if they're feeding her a line (tho I didn't: really) unless it's really obvious circumstances. The work on ethics AND oil tax revision in Alaska was done by Democratic legislators, who persisted for yrs. Finally we had a gov who was so corrupt no one could ignore it (Frank Murkowski, who appointed his daughter to his US Senate seat after he vacated it when the suckers here elected him gov - he ended as the most unpopular gov in the US at the time). Then Palin came along and rode the wave. Her hometown Wasilla is the meth capital of Alaska - EVERYONE in Alaska thinks that. Figure it out, folks.
Palin sold the jet Murkowski had bought (he was universally condemned for that -huge object of ridicule)-a no brainer for Palin.
All her moves have been no brainers. Oh, and she supported the Bridge to Nowhere in her 2006 campaign and supported Ted Stevens in his reelection campaign (the primary was this past Tuesday), which he won-he's now on the ballot as the Republican-while on trial in DC. McCain is unstable. Period.

If the Dems lose, there is something seriously wrong with America.
