
I've been practicing making bruschetta. Here I used 3 seeded bread from Panera, which I dipped into a mixture of olive oil, fresca cheese, fresh organic garlic, fresh organic basil, and sea salt. I grilled on a panini grill. I added fresh organic chopped tomatoes to the mixture for further dipping onto the finished bread.

This is the overall dinner. The main dish was a pasta with fresh vegetables. I use whatever we have on hand, in this case pasta, olive oil, zucchini, yellow squash, onions, red bell peppers and garlic, pepper and sea salt - all organic. We added freshly grated parmeson cheese and green ice tea.
