Singer Castle was built in 1902 by the President of Singer Sewing Machines after reading Woodstock and inspired by the castle with the secret passageways and spy holes. If you are ever in the area, I highly recommend visiting this amazing house! I was not able to take photos inside the castle or I would have shown you the secret passageways and stairs, how the servants went about the house unseen by guests. I would have shown you the product in the sport room that had a box you sat in with lights around it, your head peeked out the top, a pail of water in between your legs - to act as a sauna and tanning booth - quickly pulled off the market due to safety hazards (metal + water + electricity anyone?)
Absolutely amazing!
I published the images separately, but here are a few of my favorites from outside the castle.

And if you haven't already, please stop by my profile image and let me know what you think! I'm hoping it makes it into the top 10 for the summerpics promotion! :)

Wow, you did an excellent job with the photos! Gotta ask you - is there a dungeon? Sounds like you had a great time and also it's so good to get away from it all, isn't it?
