The first thing in the morning I go to my moderated groups. I look at all the content there to make sure they go with the thme before I approve them through.. Only one group do I have moderators helping out. Which is a good thing because I would not be able to keep up....that just photos.

I also rely on my emails in telling me when something new needs to look at. When I have looked at everything else..I go to my post everything groups....I'm on Gather at different times through the day and night.
