The Rainbow After the Storm! (Rainbow Connections New Color of the Week...)

Well, to be honest...

"Rainbow" was not going to be the color of the week. I was just doing an article for Summerpics.  But... there's no reason it can't be!

I can see why the article was misconstrued... my timing was confusing!

The color of the week I had selected will keep just fine until next week! No refrigeration required.

And, the more I think about it - what better theme, when many parts of the nation are being inundated with rain, storms, hurricanes and tornadoes? I think we're all wishing for the rainbow after the storm right now!

Rainbow Colors
Six little markers all standing in a line.
They said, "Let's draw a picture and make it mighty fine!"
RED jumped for joy as he leaped across the sky.
ORANGE jumped up too, but not quite so high.
Next came YELLOW as bright as the sun.
GREEN was excited as he started to run.
BLUE followed boldly, then looked all around.
PURPLE came last, nearly touching the ground.
"Isn't this lovely?" the markers exclaimed.
"We've made a rainbow without any rain!!!!!!"

So it's Rainbow this week, Sherrie!
