They flew to Vancouver, British Columbia, then flew to Vancouver Island, then drove five hours north to reach a wilderness destination called Winter Harbour.
There is a town and a post office with a total of 9 year-round permanent residents.
From June through August it is a tourist area know for its ruggedness, fishing, kayaking, hiking and camping.
Our men caught fish!
If the photo is blue and bright it is from the first day. The other days it rained but did not slow the guys down.
The three men, all good friends, all love to fish and got to do that this summer in a big way!

The fish were frozen then flew back to Ontario with the guys. We'll be eating very well for a long time!
Tonight is salmon cooked on a cedar plank!
