I had a dear friend who used the monarchs to teach valuable lessons in her classroom. She passed away a little more than a year ago just after retiring from teaching. These gorgeous photos reminded me of her. Thank you!

Going to the Mountain tops to see these beautiful creatures was an awesome spirtual experience. To see this miracle was the best.

Shelia, All Monarchs from Canada to al of the contingent US travel to Mexico to hibernate come late OCt & November they fly all the way to Mexico and this is in in the mexican Summer but our soring when they wake up and migrate north again mating along the way.
