Summertime Thrifty Shopping. SUMMERPICS Photo Essay.

We went to the thrift shop today and I found so many puppetry items that I needed for a lot less than at Walmart. Some things you can't even get at Walmart here...

Poison Dart Frog plushie. Brand new... $1.50. He'll be mutilated into a puppet. :)



















Electronic Saw. $1.00. Gideon asked for it. :P Came with batteries, too.













Styrofoam Balls. At Walmart a bag not much bigger than this is more than $3. I got this for .40.








Pompoms. Walmart didn't have packs with the right colors nor right amount of colors needed. To get what I needed I'd have to invest $6. These were .60, .30, and .40 each.








More PomPoms. .20 a pack.








Pipe Cleaners .60 a pack.













Bag O' Fur. At Walmart this is costly AND they only have brown fur. This bag was $2 with 3 varieties.








Bag O' Felt. $2.00. Walmart doesn't carry Grey Felt. I got some now. :)













Doll's Hair. .80








Kid's Craft bag $1.50. There's a lot of goodies here. What I don't use Gideon will.
