The Gardens at Matterhorn

The Gardens at Matterhorn, an attraction attached to the Matterhorn Nursery, is a wonderful place to visit in the summer. 

The gardens, spread around a series of ponds and creeks, are spectacular.

 

There are ample places to sit and enjoy the gardens.

Beautiful statues...

...and fountains...

...and amazing flowers everywhere you look.

There are all sorts of interesting creatures...

....including ducks for the kids to feed...

 ...and even a Koi pond in the nursery itself.

Whether you go for the spectacular rose gardens or the hiking trail, or just to feed the ducks with the kids before you shop for garden supplies, this is well worth the trip.
