Here are some random shots of the crowd. You can see Lexie in the distance wearing a white shirt in the giant mud puddle in this first shot. Note the festive clothes in the third shot.



Eric started to run back and forth. Into the crowd, back to us, over and over. That's him in the white t-shirt with our cell phone numbers written on it.










Lexie came to regret getting soaked with no change of clothes or towels available.

I love the message on the shirt. What a smart thing to do mom.
I think you mean Eric. Once it was explained to him that this was a cow pasture, so that water was full of cow crap, he didn't mind staying out of it.
It was flooded again this year but they pumped it out and then roped the area off. No swimming in puddles this year. And this year I packed a change of clothes for each child and towels.
