Bimbo's Summer Garden Birthday Party

I have a friend that is a college professor and every year they have a garden..

Also every year a group of friends go up and celebrate his birthday....My husband and I were among those celebrating this past Saturday...

In his garden is squash, watermelons, peppers, tomatoes and okra and they surround the whole garden with flowers...mainly marigolds and sunflowers...they have irrigation hoses running through it..

That's some garden. Wish I had the space for more veggies. I'm already planning on going up to grow squash on some kindof support.

such a good eye. The only suggestion I'd make is a lower camera angle on the chair-like-thing. You make me glad my eyes still work

i could live there...sans the high temps n' humidity...LOL....the okra brought back memories of fried okra n' green maters...good one for the summerpics promo

That is an amazing garden. Beautiful photos.

Where my daughter lives the winters are long and hard with lots of snow. I would guess the barns are for the sheep but I will ask as soon as I can.
