I saw him years ago (maybe 10?) at a county fair in PA. I'd never heard of him before at that point but I really enjoyed his concert.

I love Kenny Chesney except for the fact he refuses to play anymore concerts in Seattle, WA because he doesn't "approve" of the outdoor arenas we have. Still love his music though. Btw, he is coming out with his new album October 21 titled Lucky Old Sun.

Diana - With all that equipment he probably has to have certain place to be able to handle it. I hear one he had something like 21 tractor trailers for it all. He pretty much has to stick to big arenas now for the equipment and to handle all the fans. When he was at FedEx Field he sold the place it out. It is the biggest NFL stadium too it holds over 90,000. I don't know where else he can go to next. Maybe a Nascar track they are a little bigger.

Supposedly Chris, he doesn't want to ever play here again, which makes me disappointed. It is understandable that if he has that much equipment, he would need a big arena, but still he has a huge fanbase here in Seattle and his fans will just have to go elsewhere to see him. I know Qwest Field the outdoor football stadium he played at a few years ago holds over 67,000+, but guess that just isn't big enough.
