Many states and employers are using financial incentives to entice people to join "Get Healthy" programs. The state of Alabama has gone to the next step. Alabama will charge obese state employees an extra $25 per month for their health insurance if they don't demonstrate weight loss progress over the next two years. Dr. LeWine gives his views on the subject of financial incentives. What are your thoughts? Should we go down this road and can we find a way to do this fairly?
