Even as a child, I remember going to Multnomah Falls on summer vacation each and every year. Now, I'm thrilled to share the same experience with my children. I've always loved these falls and I never get tired of visiting them and taking photos each time!
Multnomah Falls drops in two major steps, split into an upper falls of 542 feet and a lower falls of 69 feet, with a gradual 9 foot drop in elevation between the two, so the total height of the waterfall is 620 feet.
We walked up to the lower bridge, it's a lovely walk and a great view.
